A glazed white ceramic body in an octagonal form, clean and substantial at 47 cm tall, set on a brass holder that carries an aged patina from age and corrosion — depth of character that suits the piece rather than detracting from it. The ceramic body is in mint condition, with a polished, high-shine glaze that reads as pristine in person.

Hollywood Regency emerged mid-century as a style of glamour and bold form — high-gloss ceramics, brass, and sculptural silhouettes drawn from the interiors of golden-age Hollywood. Italian ceramic lamps in this idiom were produced through the 1970s and 80s as statement lighting for the modern interior.

Good. The glazed ceramic body is mint — no cracks, chips, or wear — with a clean polished shine. The brass holder shows staining and patina consistent with age, which sets the overall grade.
