Current Opportunities
Content Creator – Social Media & Digital (Part-Time, Internship / Freelance)
📍 Location: Lucca, Tuscany – hybrid (minimum 1 day per week on-site)
📅 Duration: September – mid-December 2025
📅 Schedule: 2 days per week
💶 Compensation: €300/month + potential end-of-term appreciation bonus if results exceed expectations

The Role
We are seeking a Content Creator – Social Media & Digital to support our brand storytelling and strengthen our digital presence.
This role is ideal for a motivated creative who enjoys working across visuals, social media, and digital communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate the brand’s vision into authentic, engaging content.
- Tailor content calendars for Instagram, Pinterest, newsletters, and website.
- Track performance metrics and adapt strategy to improve results.
- Support storytelling for e-commerce product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Capture lifestyle content (smartphone-based) and collaborate on visual storytelling; professional equipment will be provided when necessary.
Profile – Who We’re Looking For
- Creative eye for design, photography, and digital storytelling.
- Proficiency with photo editing tools (Canva, Lightroom or similar).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).
- Excellent command of English (mandatory); French is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to meet content deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with interest in digital performance and growth.
- Passion for lifestyle, design, and slow living aesthetics.
- Previous experience (academic, project-based, or professional) in content creation or digital marketing is necessary).
- Portfolio required, including examples such as social campaigns, visuals, and reels.
What We Offer
- Flexible, part-time schedule (2 days/week).
- Hybrid work: at least 1 day per week on-site in Lucca.
- Monthly stipend of €300, plus potential end-of-term appreciation bonus.
- Experience in a creative, small-team environment with direct involvement in digital storytelling.
- Growth opportunity: depending on results this season, the role could expand to 5 days per week, with the potential to become a full-time position in 2026.
