What You'll Own

  • Organic social strategy across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest
  • Ownership of the content calendar, ensuring campaigns are planned and delivered on time
  • End-to-end content delivery, from briefing through publishing
  • Weekly performance reviews with actionable recommendations
  • Agency management, including performance, budget allocation and premium placement quality
  • Direction and mentoring of 1–2 content interns

What You'll Bring

The Role

We're looking for an E-commerce & Product Content Coordinator to own the presentation and day-to-day operation of our online store.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll ensure every product is presented to the highest standard—from photography and copywriting to merchandising and customer experience. You'll keep our Shopify store accurate, beautifully organised, and constantly up to date while working closely with our content team to bring new products and stories to life.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with organisation and takes pride in getting the details right.

What You'll Own

  • Creating and maintaining Shopify product listings
  • Writing and managing English and Italian product content
  • Uploading images, metafields and product data accurately
  • Product photography for e-commerce using a consistent visual standard
  • Photo editing and retouching in Canva
  • Day-to-day Shopify store management, merchandising and front-end quality control
  • Keeping product information, imagery and website content accurate and up to date
  • Working closely with the content team to maximise photography and creative assets across the website

The Role

We're looking for a Warehouse & Inventory Assistant to keep the engine of L'Officina running.

You'll be responsible for the accuracy of our inventory, the organisation of our warehouse, and the smooth movement of products from supplier to customer. Every parcel shipped, every stock count completed, and every product prepared contributes directly to the experience our customers receive.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in organisation, enjoys physical work, and believes that excellence lives in the details.

What You'll Own

  • Cleaning, steaming, checking and repairing every pre-loved piece so it is graded, presented and packed to an as-new standard
  • Receiving, checking and organising incoming inventory
  • Preparing, packing and dispatching customer orders to the highest standard
  • Ensuring every order is accurate, carefully presented and shipped on time
  • Managing inventory and maintaining accurate stock records within Shopify
  • Carrying out regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation
  • Following up with suppliers and couriers to keep deliveries and shipments on schedule
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient warehouse, showroom and office
  • Cleaning, steaming and preparing products to our presentation standards
  • Identifying stock discrepancies, damaged goods or shortages before they impact customers
  • General office administration, ensuring the office runs smoothly day to day
  • Ordering and managing office supplies and supporting day-to-day business operations

The Role

We are looking for a Content Creator – Social Media & Digital to support our brand storytelling and strengthen our digital presence.

This role is ideal for a motivated creative who enjoys working across visuals, social media, and digital communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate the brand’s vision into authentic, engaging content.
  • Tailor content calendars for Instagram, Pinterest, newsletters, and website.
  • Track performance metrics and adapt strategy to improve results.
  • Support storytelling for e-commerce product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Capture lifestyle content (smartphone-based) and collaborate on visual storytelling; professional equipment will be provided when necessary.
