It is the nature of Pre-Loved objects to present imperfections. We believe that these become part of their stories, add beauty and character to them. 

Make note of our items condition classification:

• NEW: Items that are newly produced and in perfect condition.
• AS NEW: Items that show no sign of usage and might still have original labels on.
• VERY GOOD:  Items that show slight signs of usage such as small scuffs or marks. 
• GOOD: Items that show signs of usage such as scuffs, corrosion or marks. We will aim to describe as much as possible in the description and in the photos. 
• FAIR: Items that show important signs of usage such as scuffs, corrosion or marks. We will aim to describe them as much as possible in the description. 

We endeavour to point out any flaws or possible damage so please see all photos and video as these form part of the description. Feel free to always ask questions we are happy to answer them. 

We do not sell broken and unusable items.
