Two-piece set comprising a serving spoon and a strainer spoon. Silver plated over a base metal core, with a classic fiddle-and-thread profile characteristic of the Sheraton pattern. The plating carries the warm tone of aged silver, and the balance in hand is solid. Each piece is weighted enough to feel considered, light enough to use without thinking.

The Sheraton pattern draws on the neoclassical revival of the early nineteenth century — restrained line work, a thread border following the contour of each piece. This particular set dates to Italian silverware production of the 1990s, a period when specialist workshops across northern Italy continued to produce silver plated flatware and serving pieces to traditional pattern standards for the hospitality and gift trade.
