Cohr Stainless Steel Candle Holders | Set of 2

Item Type: Pre-Loved

Two slim candle holders that settle into a table without effort. Placed singly or paired, they hold a taper steady while the light does the rest.

Stainless steel finish with a clean, spare form: a slender stem rising from a wide, flat base with a tight candle cup at the top. At 7 cm tall with a 7 cm base diameter, the proportions are grounded and deliberate: the kind of object that reads as both modern and timeless. Danish modernist tableware at its most restrained.

A Cohr stainless steel candle holder set, made in Denmark in the 1960s, during the golden years of Danish design. Danish metalworkers of this period produced work that defined a distinctly Danish aesthetic: precise, functional, and quietly beautiful.
