Un panier en rotin toscan tressé à la main, qui trouve sa place dans une cuisine, à table ou près de l'entrée — le genre d'objet qui s'intègre sans forcer.

Tressé en rotin naturel selon un motif serré et soigné qui confère au panier à la fois structure et chaleur. La forme ronde mesure 34 cm de diamètre pour une hauteur de 22 cm — assez large pour le pain, les fruits ou ce que le quotidien demande. L'anse s'élève jusqu'à une hauteur totale de 50 cm, sa légère asymétrie étant la marque d'une fabrication à la main plutôt qu'un défaut. Chaque pièce est unique.

Ce panier vient de Toscane, fabriqué dans les années 1970 lorsque la vannerie artisanale italienne était encore une tradition domestique vivante — des pièces produites non pour l'exportation ou la décoration, mais pour l'usage quotidien dans les foyers italiens. Le rotin était le matériau de prédilection : léger, solide et facile à travailler à la main. Les pièces de cette époque portent la texture et la variation que la production industrielle n'atteint jamais.
