Glass Drop Christmas Ornament | 10cm

A bauble that carries its own history: the weight of glass in the hand, the way a glass drop scatters light across a wall when the tree is lit.

Hung individually or in clusters, the almond drop catches and throws light in a way flat-printed ornaments cannot. The depth of the facets and the clarity of the glass cannot be replicated at volume.

Bring the brilliance of European heritage to your tree. This modern heirloom Christmas ornament is newly handcrafted in-house by L'Officina in Pietrasanta, Tuscany, from a faceted 10 cm glass drop reclaimed from a 1950s Italian chandelier.

Designed for those who appreciate minimalist Christmas tree ornaments, the sharp, light-refracting clarity of the glass is balanced by a hand-tied alpaca wool cord. The drop carries the honest, feather-fine marks of a previous life, reimagined for a contemporary home.
