Moulded Glass Ice Bucket | Geometric · 1960s Italian

Item Type: Pre-Loved

A way to keep ice at the table without reaching for something disposable — the heavy base holds its ground, the moulded sides catch light as the room settles into an evening.

Thick moulded glass, pressed into a repeating geometric relief that runs the full height of the body. The form is compact — 10 cm across, 11 cm tall — substantial enough to hold a full evening's worth of ice. The weight in the hand signals quality without announcing it. A vintage glass ice bucket with this kind of geometric moulding is the kind of piece that sits out permanently and earns its place at the table.

A moulded glass ice bucket from 1960s Italy, in clear pressed glass with geometric relief detail. Mid-century Italian glassware of this period was produced to a standard of weight and clarity that mass manufacture has not replicated since.
