At L’Officina General Store , we aim to get your order to you safely and on time. Here’s a quick guide to our shipping policy:

We ship Monday to Friday , excluding Italian bank holidays .
Orders placed before 6pm CET are shipped next day .
Pre-orders:
All pre-orders will be shipped within 28 calendar days from the date of purchase.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, in-stock items will ship first , and pre-order items will be sent separately once available.

Delivery charges are clearly shown at checkout. Our team will contact you if clarification is needed.
Items are delivered to the address you provide and must be signed for by you or someone authorised.
Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners and may vary. If a parcel is delayed or lost, we may take up to 10 business days to locate it before issuing a refund.
Ownership of items passes to you once delivered and fully paid. Items are at your risk from that point.
Customs duties, taxes, and import charges for buyers outside Europe are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We use reliable shipping partners such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, and others (non-exclusive), but cannot be held liable for delays outside our control.

1. Delivery Charges
1.1 Delivery charges depend on your location and the type of item(s) ordered.
1.2 All delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout. If clarification is needed, our team will contact the Buyer.
2. Delivery
2.1 Items will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
2.2 Items are considered delivered once they arrive at the specified address.
2.3 Deliveries must be signed for by the Buyer or a person authorised to accept delivery on their behalf.
2.4 Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by our shipping partners and may vary. The Seller will make reasonable efforts to assist if delays occur.
2.5 If a parcel is delayed or lost, the Seller requires up to 10 business days to identify its location and liaise with the delivery partner before issuing any refund.
2.6 Shipping is Monday to Friday , excluding Italian bank holidays .
3. Estimated Delivery Times
3.1 Standard estimated delivery times are as follows:
3.1.1 Europe: 2–5 working days
3.1.2 Rest of the world (including North America): 3–10 working days
3.2 Pre-orders:
3.2.1 All pre-orders will be shipped within 28 calendar days from the date of purchase.

3.3 Delivery times are provided by our shipping partners . We use reliable partners such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, and others (non-exclusive).
3.4 The Seller cannot be held liable for delays outside our control and is not obliged to provide a refund for late deliveries caused by our shipping partners or external factors.
4. Delivery Procedure
4.1 Standard deliveries are made by one person to the Buyer’s front door. Large or heavy items may require a two-person service. The Seller reserves the right to determine the delivery method.
4.2 Delivery personnel will not unwrap items or remove packaging .
4.3 The Seller does not remove existing furniture or take away old items unless agreed in writing. The Buyer is responsible for removal and disposal.
4.4 Ownership of the item(s) passes to the Buyer once delivered and fully paid. From that point, the item(s) are at the Buyer’s risk.
4.5 Should the Buyer fail to accept delivery on the agreed date, the Seller may charge for costs incurred.
4.6 For business addresses, any person present may accept delivery. The Seller is not responsible once items are signed for.
4.7 The Buyer must unpack and inspect items in front of the delivery personnel . Claims relating to delivery defects will not be accepted thereafter.
4.8 Items in the same order with differing availability will be dispatched together unless otherwise agreed.
4.9 The carrier may contact the Buyer to arrange delivery. Failure to accept delivery on an agreed date may result in additional charges borne by the Buyer.
4.10 Deliveries are scheduled for a specific day, but not for a specific time .
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes – Buyers Outside Europe
5.1 Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other local charges are not included in the checkout process.
5.2 Buyers outside Europe are solely responsible for complying with all applicable customs regulations, import requirements, and tax obligations prior to placing an order.
5.3 The Seller shall not be responsible for completing customs clearance and shall not be liable for delays, additional charges, penalties, storage fees, or non-delivery arising from customs inspections or regulatory requirements.
5.4 Any costs resulting from failure to complete customs clearance are entirely the Buyer’s responsibility and may be invoiced separately.

6.1 Free delivery applies as follows:
6.1.1 Italy & Europe: Orders above €150
6.1.2 Non-European countries (including North America): Orders above €500
